Directions:
For hot tea use 1 tea bag per cup. Add boiling water and steep for 3 minutes. Remove tea bag. Enjoy! For iced tea pour 2 cups of boiling water over 4 tea bags. Steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags. Formula

Garcinia cambogia extract: Also known as CitraMax , this extract comes from India, having extensive research and use as one of the most successful weight management herbs since the early 1970s. The active ingredient, hydroxycitric acid (HCA), has been shown to reduce the amount of lipids stored in the fat cells or as cholesterol. It converts much of this material into useable energy, creating a mild thermogetic action (heat), while increasing metabolic rate.
